A gentle journey into the subconscious

Past life regression hypnotherapy is a deeply reflective, one-on-one experience that allows you to access memories, patterns and insights held within the subconscious mind.

Reiki means "universal life energy" and is a type of energy healing that originated in Japan. It aims to improve overall health and wellbeing by channelling positive energy into a client’s body, and releasing any blockages so energy is free flowing. A reiki practitioner places their hands on or just above the affected areas of the body that need boosting, offering the energy while the body takes it to the areas most needed.

The free flow of positive energy may bring a near immediate sensation of relief to a person as it helps in releasing tension, lessening the impact of stress and replacing negative energy with positive energy.

Reiki is a technique designed for stress reduction and promoting relaxation as well as for healing. Reiki should not be used as a cure for any disease or illness, but it may help the body create an environment that facilitates healing. Reiki is an excellent tool to be used as a complement to other traditional medicine. It’s important to note that while it’s my role to guide reiki energy to you, Universal Life Force Energy will heal what is most necessary for you in that moment.

I am a certified reiki practitioner, and my reiki-based energy healing method is a combination of traditional Reiki along with intuitive energy channelling and can help promote healing while alleviating:

I also use crystals during your session to enhance your wellbeing outcomes.

Clients remain fully clothed and lie or sit for the treatment, and the session is mostly conducted without speaking. It’s totally fine if you fall asleep during a reiki energy healing – you might also feel refreshed, warm or clear-headed afterwards.

Pregnancy reiki: gentle support for you and your baby

Reiki can help support the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of both mother and baby during pregnancy. By channelling universal life energy into the body, reiki helps to release stress, ease discomfort and restore balance before, during and after pregnancy.

Many women report feeling deeply relaxed, more connected to their baby and better able to manage the changes that come along with pregnancy after a session. Reiki is a beautiful complement to traditional pre- and post-natal care, and provides a calm and nurturing space to rest, receive and realign.

Tarot is a tool used for spiritual guidance and helps prompt a conversation about an issue or situation that you need some direction on or that you’ve pushed into your subconscious.

It's important to note that tarot cards do not foretell the future but instead provide insight or possibilities into a future event in relation to past and present circumstances. The objective of a tarot reading is to help you gain a clear perspective of your situation so that you can take the best course of action.

Most of the time, memories of past experiences are left buried in our subconscious minds, constantly influencing our thoughts, actions and behaviour. A tarot reading will help you deal with your past and prepare you for your future by guiding you on what actions you need to take in the present.

During my readings, I like my clients to shuffle and draw the cards, which I feel better connects them with their intuition and therefore makes for a more relatable reading. I then tap into the Universe’s energy to connect with the consciousness of my clients to help them address general or specific areas of their life, whether these concern their career, finances, studies, relationships or health.

During a reading session, you may ask a specific question or request an open reading. I use a 7 card spread for my 30 minute readings, and each position in the spread has a specific interpretation for the card placed in it.

Understanding your personal journey through a tarot reading is an enlightening and empowering experience and can help achieve:

Meditation can promote spiritual growth and also clarity, calmness and relaxation. It can be used to practice mindfulness through breathwork, visualisation and sound.

My meditation sessions are guided, which means even if you think you can’t usually quiet your mind and focus, I will help you through the session by using a series of visualisation techniques, sound experiences and breathing practices. I make my sessions as accessible as possible, so even if you’ve never been able to meditate before, my approach is to keep things as simple as possible so people with all levels of experience will benefit.

Meditation is an excellent modality to incorporate into your health and wellbeing practices and can help with:

• relaxation

• lowering cortisol levels

• inspiring positivity

• reducing anxiety

• managing depression

• managing stress

• alleviating insomnia

• managing chronic pain

• alleviating headaches.

I incorporate sound into my meditation sessions and use Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other percussion instruments. I find this deepens the mediative effect, and the vibrations and frequencies of sound healing are known to balance energy and contribute to feelings of overall wellness.

Group sessions

Intuition and Insight is a group meditation, tarot and sound experience I run from X-Hale Pilates Studio in Lanyon, ACT. These are scheduled regularly and are booked via Eventbrite for $30pp including booking fee. Both women and men welcome.

Crystal healing uses the application of crystals and gemstones to facilitate and enhance physical, mental, and spiritual healing. It is based on the belief that powerful energy is stored in certain crystals and they can therefore positively affect imbalances in a person’s energy fields or chakras and help improve health and wellbeing.

You remain fully clothed during your session, and relevant crystals are placed on and around your body to correspondence to particular chakra points. Crystals channel positive energy and regulate the body's natural frequencies to restore balance and harmony between the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
